Convenient location near Norbury Station allows easy travel.

The heating system was inadequate, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. I was disappointed to find no toiletries upon arrival.

The total experience was very nice, I would definitely recommend.

Accommodating staff and particularly good location so close to everything, everything was perfectly fine. Airy and neat room with nice en suite bathroom was enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chinese cuisine in the restaurant.

Consider requesting a room away from the street for a quieter experience, as noise can be disruptive at night.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Norbury Station. The room was reasonably clean and spacious, with a small balcony that offered a nice view. The shower had great water pressure, a nice touch. The room was quite noisy, especially at night was good. I encountered issues with facilities like hot water and heating not working properly. It was annoying to find hairdryers non-functional and no toiletries provided . I also felt uneasy with some people loitering outside the building. This place has potential but needs better management and attention to guest comfort.

Had a lekker hot shower after a long day of walking around. The room was clean, and we even had a little balcony for our morning coffee, ja! Super close to Norbury Station!

The stay offered good value with a close proximity to Norbury Station, and the room had a small balcony which added an enjoyable touch. The noise level from the street made it hard to rest properly, and I was concerned about the cleanliness of some areas.

Staying with friends was awesome! We visited the British Museum and Covent Garden, both easily accessible. The accommodation was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The small balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. Great spot for quick access to the train station!
